4k loop course throughout the Lanesville area, beginning and ending at the Lanesville Community Center (8 Vulcan St., Gloucester, MA 01930). Course is mostly flat, tree-lined streets as well as passage by the historic, picturesque Lanes Cove. The roads will NOT be closed to traffic but busiest areas will only allow traffic in one direction with other lane reserved for runners. Traffic monitors to stop traffic at cross roads. Some uneven surfaces along Lanes Cove Road and a few sharp turns. Race registration includes BBQ, raffle ticket for runner's raffle and participation in all other events.

Prizes for overall top 3 men and women as well as top male and female runner in following categories: 16 and under, 50 and up, and Lanesville resident. No bikes, roller blades or wheeled vehicles.
